When I get to the DOE page to sign in, it tells me that my email or password is incorrect. Why is this?
When you reach the DOE page to sign in using username and password, you enter the username only. For example, If a student email address is (StudentEmail@nycstudents.net), the username is Student Email without (@nycstudents.net). Please pay attention to this as this gets confusing for students signing on.
How do I get my Child’s username, email and password?
What does my student email account have access to?

I am trying to join a meeting in Google Classroom but I am unable to join. What is going on?
There is a class code which allows you into the class and a Google Meeting nickname which is a code unique to your child’s class to join meetings. The Meeting link or Meeting nickname is accessible on the Google Classroom header listed under class code. Please understand that the Class code and the Meeting Nickname are 2 different codes. Please keep note of Meeting Nicknames as these will admit you into your child’s live interaction with their teacher.
